All subscriptions require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial period, your plan automatically converts to a flexible month-to-month subscription. Cancellations require 30 days written notice and must be submitted before the next billing cycle begins.

All plans are billed monthly via credit card through Stripe on the same date each month. There are no setup fees during our promotional period. Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension. We also offer annual prepayment with a 20% discount (essentially 2 months free).

We offer a speed guarantee refund for your first month if your landing page consistently fails to meet the promised load time when tested with Google Lighthouse or GTmetrix. Refunds are not available for partial months or early cancellations within the minimum commitment period. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service activation.

Load time guarantees are measured using industry-standard tools: Google PageSpeed Insights (Lighthouse) and GTmetrix. Tests are conducted on optimized production environments with standard internet conditions (cable/fiber connection, desktop and mobile devices). Performance may vary based on user location, device capabilities, and network speed. Our guarantee applies to consistently meeting speed targets under normal testing conditions.

If your landing page consistently fails to meet the speed guarantee when tested with Google Lighthouse or GTmetrix, we'll optimize it at no charge. If we cannot achieve the promised speed within 15 days, we'll refund your first month's payment. Note that custom content (large unoptimized images, custom scripts, or third-party integrations) may affect performance and are subject to review.

Professional Plan: Includes up to 200 chatbot conversations per month. A conversation is defined as a unique user session with the AI assistant.

Enterprise Plan: Includes up to 1,000 chatbot conversations per month plus live chat functionality.

Additional conversations are available at $0.15 per conversation above your plan limit. Usage is tracked via your chatbot analytics dashboard, and you'll receive alerts at 80% and 100% of your monthly quota.

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Plan changes do not affect your original 6-month commitment period.

Yes! All plans include our Easy-Edit Content Dashboard, which allows you to update text, swap images, change contact information, and modify basic content anytime without developer help. Changes are live instantly. The revision rounds specified in each plan cover design changes, layout modifications, or structural updates that require developer intervention.

Simple content edits like text changes, image swaps, and contact info updates through your dashboard are unlimited and don't count as revisions. Additional design revision rounds beyond your plan limit are available at $75 per round.

After 12 consecutive months of service, you gain full ownership of the codebase. If you cancel before 12 months, you can purchase full code ownership for a one-time fee of $500 (Starter), $1,000 (Professional), or $2,500 (Enterprise).

Absolutely! We'll connect your existing domain at no extra charge. If you don't have a domain yet, we can help you register one (domain registration fees apply separately, typically $12-15/year). We handle all the technical setup including DNS configuration, SSL certificate, and email routing if needed.
